İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Mensuplarının Dikkatine,

Son bir haftalık dönem içerisinde yerleşkelerimizdeki yurtlarda kalan öğrencilerimizde ve derslere devam eden öğrencilerde Covid pozitif vaka sayılarının dikkat çekici bir hızla arttığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu nedenle, hastalığın yayılım hızını yavaşlatmak için bazı tedbirler alınmasına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çerçevede;

• 2021-2022 Güz Yarıyılı sonuna kadar, yüz yüze yürütülen derslerin tamamının hibrit yöntemle yürütülmesine karar verilmiştir. Öğretim elemanlarımız dersi sınıfta anlatacak ve sınıfa gelebilen öğrenciler dersi yüz yüze dinleyecek; sınıfa gelemeyen öğrenciler ise dersi eşzamanlı olarak Zoom yayınında uzaktan takip edecektir.

   

• Merkezi Derslik Binası’ndaki çalışma alanlarında seyreltmeye gidilecek ve bina içerisinde maske kullanımı konusunda güvenlik tarafından uyarılar sıklaştırılacaktır.

   

• Yarıyıl içi ve yarıyıl sonu sınavları yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir.

To the Attention of Istanbul Technical University Members,

It was observed during last week that the number of Covid positive cases has increased at a noticeable rate among our students staying in the dormitories on our campuses and students attending classes. For this reason, some measures are needed to slow down the spread of the disease. Therefore;

• It has been decided that all face-to-face courses will be conducted using the hybrid method until the end of the 2021-2022 Fall Semester. Our instructors will teach the lesson in the classroom and the students who can come to the classroom will attend the lesson face to face; students who cannot come to the class will follow the lesson simultaneously on Zoom broadcast.

   

• The study areas in the Central Classroom Building will be diluted and warnings for the use of masks in the building will be increased by the security.

   

• Mid-term and final exams will be held face to face.

    ITU Rectorate
